Helpline calls are answered by our staff during regular working hours.

But we're here for you 24/7! After hours, calls will go to the Alzheimer's Association National Call Center so you can count on realiable guidance and information from the world leaders in Alzheimer's research and support any time you need it--day or night!

The Contact Center features confidential care consultation by master's level clinicians who can help with decision-making support, crisis assistance and education of issues families face every day. Callers can get help in 140 languages and dialects.

Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff can help you with: understanding memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's disease; medications and other treatment options; general information about aging and brain health to Maintain Your Brain(TM); skills to provide quality care and to find the best care from professionals; strategies to reduce stress and manage lifestyle changes; and legal, financial and living-arrangement decisions.
